Norris Penrose Event Center

The Norris Penrose Event Center has been at this location since 1973 and under current ownership since 2003 and is the proud home of the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo and part of the Spencer Penrose legacy of Colorado Springs. The Norris Penrose Event Center is focused on preserving Western Heritage, raising funds for our local enlisted military personnel, and providing top class event facilities of all kinds. The Heritage Room touts unobstructed and one-of-a-kind mountain views of the front range with balconies overlooking the outdoor stadium arena.
